Andenes Vacation Guide
Andenes is situated on the Nortern side of the Island of Andoy. It is a small village which mainly gets its income out of tourism. Andenes is famous for its whale safari.
Andenes can be a pretty tough place when you look at the weather. However, because of its position at sea it won't be as cold as you'd think. Andenes is must for everyone who visits this part of Norway.
For accommodations I recommend "Rorbu", or Fisherman's Quarters. You find a number of these thruout Andoya. Also campinggrounds and hotels. While here, try the seafood at the restaurants. It's excellent.
