The first thing that I need to tell you is that these people treat you like family. Renata is such a gracious host. She offered me a glass of wine and when her husband came home we all sat around outside and had a great conversation.

The location is fantastic. It's a bit out of the very center but, is only minutes from the promenade and center. You climb the hillside to reach the house, which is 900 years old. There is a balcony in the MIKI room that has a panoramic view of Split, the city, mountains, and harbor.

The MIKI room is generously sized and even has a sitting room attached. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioning works very well. The bath is large and clean. There is also plentiful hot water.

Again, I must repeat that yes, the location is great, the price is good, and the room comfortable, but, the hospitality is the best reason to stay here!

Thank you Renata and family for my great stay in Split.
