American Flatbread Company is a wood fired pizza restaurant where food is hand made entirely from organic and natural ingredients. Even the tomato sauce is organic. The salads come from the local farms. You won't find just pepperoni or sausage here. Try "fresh pesto" or "5 cheese pizza, fresh from local dairies". The crust is very thin (hence the name) and luckily you can eat a lot of this delicious pizza! Oh, and of course, they have their own house brewed beer. Expect to wait a long time for a seat on the weekends, but it will be worth it.
