Over all I think this is a great hotel. However it is in the middle of Kingston - and so unless you have a car and patience to find parking down town it 's a bit out of the way. It is very near to the Via Station and also a short drive to Kingston's uptown (township) where most of the box stores and mall are located. One of my favorite amenities at the Ambassador was the steam room located in the pool area. It was the perfect way to relax after a stressful day. Hope this helps.
