Amazon Rainforest Lodge Restaurant
Amazon Rainforest Lodge Restaurant Punchana Reviews
Amazon Rainforest Lodge's Restaurant Nov 24, 2009
First of all, all the meals are included in the rate and they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, all of them are buffet type. They have a big dining area, with heavy tables and chairs and a central area for the buffet.
For being such a big lodge, I was expecting more. It doesn't mean quantity, but variety. It was a bit disappointing not finding many fruits or juices. Just for breakfast you get juice, for the other meals just water - unless you pay extra.
I like the fact they used local meat, like alligator and dorado fish, but there were just 2 dishes per meal. Also the amount of salad was limited. So you have to run if you want to get more.
Taste was good, although it could have been better. But I will always remember the spicy aji charapita. Be careful.
