Simple and crowded hotel Mar 09, 2008

We stayed here only for one night, but from what I've seen, I wouldn't choose this hotel again. I'm sure there must be much nicer places in Phitsanulok than this.

It wasn't that the hotel isn't clean or nice, but it just wasn't special and it didn't feel cozy at all. The hallways and pool were always so crowded with people and noise, it started to annoy me quickly. We had diner on the terrace outside, were food was stalled out in open air just placed on some ice in the heat. Well all I can say, from some fish it was easy to tell they weren't fresh anymore at all. I wouldn't have eaten from that. Vegetables were out there to and there is no need to tell all that food attracts bugs and other.

I don't mind those hygiene standards at bars beside the road but this was supposed to be a classy hotel and it was filled with Western people. So it was odd. There obviously wasn't a good filter in the pool either because when in closed in the evening you could see all the greasy suncream floating on the surface. I just don't think this place was clean. So I wouldn't come again.

Staff wasn't really friendly, just rather polite, and the rooms were small and ugly. I didn't even take a picture of mine. It was not worth it. This is the kind of place that looks good in the brochure but disappoints you once your there. At least, that is mine opinion.
