Alva House is a small but very friendly guest house and your hosts are Alan and Avril , who will go out of their way to make your stay in Edinburgh a memory to treasure. The house is a recently renovated large bungalow and all guest rooms are situated on the 1st floor level. You also have access to the sun trap conservatory and the residents lounge.
