Don't Reserve At This Dump Dec 05, 2009
This place is a rip off. My husband got the swine flu and could not go on our planned trip. I called the day before to cancel and was told it was no problem. I was given a cancellation number and thought everything was fine. Today I opened my credit card bill and saw I had been charged the full amount. I called to find out what the problem was and was told that they have a 48 hour cancellation policy and I had not called early enough. Why wasn't I told this when I called. This information was not on the two emails I had received from them. Why would they bother giving me a cancellation number if I was still going to be charged the full amount? Stay away from this place and go to a reputable hotel with a normal policy where you can cancel before 6PM the same day. The Alpine Inn is ridiculous!

Great location. With few minutes walk, you can reach Disneyland Resort South Entrance and Anaheim Convention Center. Room is nice and clean. The front desk clerks are friendly and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to friends. I will go bac...read entire review at TravelPost.com
