Aloft Hotel Haidian Beijing

I tried the Hainanese Chicken Rice set meal after my friends mentioned about it. A look at the set meal makes me feels like trying it. It came with vegetables and soup as well. The fragrance of the rice reminds me of the chicken rice that I used to eat in Singapore. The soup was appetizing. Dipping the tender chicken into the mixture of special chilli sauce and black soy sauce will allow one to experience different tastes in the mouth. The chef was thoughtful to include vegetables within the set meal to provide a more balanced diet. Finishing the meal with the soup brought the meal to an end and prevent the diners from feeling dry after the meal.

Overall, it was a fantastic dinner with the other Singaporean friends. The ambience was pleasant as the dining area is spacious and the place was not too noisy at all. For the price that Aloft Beijing was charging for the Hainanese Chicken Rice set meal, it is worth coming back again.

the presentation of the dish was gd and simple. (chicken rice is supposed to be simple) the aroma of the chicken rice reminds me of my time in sg. i like the soup too.
