It is contained by several townships: Ross, McCandless, Hampton.
The nearest attraction includes North Park which is a 12 square km park and the largest of nine district parks in the area. It was built in 1931 and is home to what was the world's largest swimming pool (in the 30's). A pool that contains 2 million gallons of water and is a favorite hangout place for the locals.
You can also run/walk/bike/blade around the largest man-made lake in the area which spans 75 acres.
