Delicious Greek Falafels and Gyros Dec 03, 2008
I will keep this review simple. The food is amazing. It doesn't taste pre-processed like the gyro meat I've had at other places. The tzatziki sauce seems to be freshly made, and oh my god, the bread it's wrapped in is so amazing. The falafels are so good too, and a wonderful substitute if you are vegetarian. They are 6$ a piece, but well worth the price, seeing as you'll pay 4-5$ for a slice of pizza down the road, and 5$ for a measly hot dog on the street corner.

The best food I had down there was a gyro from Ali Baba's. Jackson Square was beautiful. Nicer that Bourbon Street, and it's also the home of Cade Du Mond. Let me tell you, it definitely lives up to the hype. The beignets are absoutely… Bourbon Street and Jackson Square |
