We arrive in Juneau the afternoon of the 8th.
I took Kert hiking around the Mendenhall glacier and up around Mt. Roberts. I also made him eat the best food ever.... Pel Meni!!! They're Russian dumplings.....best thing ever*drools*
That my friend is the end of my short trip home and an Oregon Boy…

Anchorage, Alaska, USA -› -› …
I was lucky enough to get stationed at Elemendorf AFB in Anchorage, AK. I was there for 2 full years. My biggest regret in my life is that I didn't see enough of AK while I was there. I was too busy bitchin' about the cold the entire time. I wish I could go back and enjoy all the things I never wanted to do.

This trip I spent 7 days in Glacier Bay Alaska on a boat. Overall it was a fishing trip and we caught lots of Halibut! Very beautiful there and saw lots of whales, bald eagles, sea otters, seals, and only one little bear.
