Affordable Nice Hotel in a Nice Area Dec 25, 2007
This place is really nice! It seems like a business type hotel. We payed ~$160/night for 2 beds in a room, decently sized beds too, had a fridge, 17" tv, decent bathroom in the room with shower, big closet, not a lot of floor space. This room was pretty nice, and the location just ROCKED. 1/2 a block from the Akihabara Subway Station, so basically it's in the middle of Akihabara, which is a great place to shop for souvenirs and just hang out, lots of great places to eat and a just a cool area to hang around, hotel/front desk is open 24/7. The rooms come with free internet and an ethernet cable to plug in if you have a laptop. Has a nice restaurant in the lobby, a few computers with internet (charge per 10 minutes). Also, the underground level of the hotel is a convenience store and you can get to it without going outside which is extremely convenient for late night hunger or breakfast snacks! Basically, with this hotel, you get what you pay for, a reasonably nice hotel in a great area with nice people. The front desk speaks a little english and is kind of out of sight of the entrance, so while you're supposed to drop off your key, you can probably get away without doing so. We were very happy with this hotel, and would definitely stay there again if in the Tokyo area. If I left anything out, feel free to contact me!

P.S. You get a MUCH better rate if you reserve on their website!
