Airport Inn Bed and Breakfast AKA Emerald Guesthouse

We were met by the Representative of the Inn from our long flight and reached the inn with in 10 minutes
Had a dinner a good night sleep and the next morning a full breakfast and a return trip to the airport
will recommend to any person traveling via O T Tambo airport and need to stay over

We arrived at JNB around 21:15, my wife and I waited about
70 minutes till all the 10 guests were assembled for the transportation to the Airport Inn. A total of four of us asked the driver to take us to the Airport Inn. When the entire group assembled, the van was too small for the passengers and luggage. And, two trips were required.

The room was infested with ants, dirty with some stained smelly small carpets, and some of the wooden furniture was rotting. The room construction did not dampen the considerable noise from the air craft. After flying for many hours, the lateness of the hour and our tired condition, we had no choice but to stay in this substandard room. I sorry i did not take pictures of the room.

On a scale of 1-10 the breakfast is a 3.

During this trip we stayed in two other modest JNB airport locations both of witch were much more enjoyable.
