Airport Christchurch Motel Description

Airport Christchurch Motels opened in 2005 and all apartments are of an exceptionally high standard with double glazing, underfloor heating, (even the bathroom mirrors are heated), wonderfully comfortable King or Super-king beds, security stays on windows, safes in all units and quality furnishings and fittings. Wireless or cable broadband internet access is avail. in all units at very reasonable rates. Although we are very close to Christchurch Airport, all units are extremely quiet - we are not on any fli...(see more)ght path. We operate our Reception and Airport Transfer Service from 7am-9pm weekdays, 8am-9pm Weekends and Pub. Hols and this service is included in our Standard rates. Outside these hours we will arrange a taxi to the airport for you and set a wake-up call for you. For incoming guests arriving by air and requiring transport from the airport after the operational hours of our shuttle we will advise the best cab companies to use and provide 2 Complimentary Cont. Breakfasts. N.B. If arriving after our Reception closes you will require an access code to collect your unit key. Please ensure you make contact prior to arrival as there is an after hours access fee of $25.00.We have 2 excellent licensed restaurants in the area and we are happy to provide transport to either of these restaurants. There are numerous delivery choices including Indian, Thai, Pizza, which are detailed in the compendiums in each unit and we stock cold drinks, snacks and a range of ready to eat meals. Facilities such as golf courses, a driving range, tennis and swimming are close by and there are a wide selection of rental car and camper-van hire firms within minutes of the motel with many offering collection from the motel. We have 7 Sky digital TV channels available and a total of 18 channels to choose from. Teletext is available for those with a hearing disability .Room rates for studios and one-bedroom units are usually for 2 guests and for two-bedroom units they are for 4 guests . Additional charges apply for any extra guests over this number but extra guests cannot be accommodated in all units. For two of our One-bedroom Apartments which have a queen divan bed in the lounge, the extra charge for using the divan bed is $20 for up to 2 extra people. Complimentary use of a cot or high chair.We endeavour to minimise our environmental footprint as much as possible by recycling all glass, cans, newspaper and cardboard, turning off appliances not required, composting and using low energy lamps wherever possible.Your hosts are Helen and John Eskett and they will do everything they can to ensure your stay is a memorable one.
