Airlines Travel Reviews

When going to Colombia or traveling within the country DO NOT fly Avianca! Their prices seem to be lower, until they start to bog you down with fees. Then find out that their customer service is non-existent. We had all sorts of problems with them every leg of our vacation, with everything from wrong info to hidden fees, and especially because no one is willing to help sort out the situation. Everyone we talked to blamed someone else for the "inconvenience" and then said that they couldn't help us at all. These inconveniences turned out to cost us in the neighborhood of $500.00US on top of the airfare. For a very minimal price difference you can fly Continental and have peace of mind.
