Air Baltic is part of Star Alliance group and has a very close partnership with SAS. Most of the flights are based out of Riga, Latvia and Vilnius, Lithuania to most of the major airports in Europe and now branching out to the middle east like countries as Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan and Dubai!
Not a bad airline to fly with, staff are ok, and not very good at dealing with problems with eastern europeans playing loud music on their phones whilst the plane is in the air, and making sure people are sat down for landing while the plane is approaching the runway! Tickets can be cheap in advance!  Part of the list Danik Has Traveled On These Airlines!

We went to the arrival area to look for the Add-car rental office that we had booked via Baltic Air. It turned out that their office was on the second floor and that the car was to be found at parking P3 which was pretty far from the office. It was a good thing it didn't snow or rain.
