Now i booked this airline because i needed a cheap flights from Rio de Janeiro to Buenos Aires and Buenos Aires to Sydney.
I wasnt at all fussed about anything else, as the international flights in South America seemed to cost a fortune.

Id heard terrible reviews about these guys regarding delays & cancellations but to be honest it didnt bother me as i wasnt on a strict timetable, and ofcourse, i didnt want to get home, so if they happened to delay that at their own expense, id be quite a happy to stay in Buenos Aires.

....but it was all smooth sailing!!

I took 3 flights with them. RIO to BA. It Left on time, no baggage problems, you dont really get much food, but it was only a 4 hr flight.

A few weeks later i flew home with them:

BA to Auckland. This is quite a long flight. 14 hrs from Memory...But again, left when it was supposed too, no baggage problems, no problems at all. Staff are quite friendly. Didnt have an issue with space as the flight was quite empty, so i was able to lay across 4 seats anyway!

Then the final flight. Auckland to SYD. Same thing. Left on time, no problems at all.

They are only a cheap airline so they didnt have personal multimedia systems...but as i slept the whole way it didnt really matter.

High value for money. Gets you there on time.

Only problem:....i wasnt delayed, and HAD to go home :(
