Advice: Stay away from this place - Steele - TravBuddy

If this town isn't Hell, it's in the same area code. Steele is one of those small, almost country, meth towns where it seems almost everyone is on welfare and hardcore drugs at all times. From my experiences with this town, people will pretend to be your friend one second, then the next they will be stealing your wallet for pills or meth. There are only two restaurants here that I know of, one bbq place and the "YUM YUM", which I would describe as the McDonald's of Steele. There are no Wal-Marts or anything, just a Piggly Wiggly, Dollar General and...that's about it. Crime is rampant in Steele, which isn't surprising considering that the chief of police himself indulges in the town's drug supply. If you ever see this town while traveling, turn around.
