Adonis Palace Hotel Istanbul Reviews

Nov 29, 2007
I stayed in Adonis Palace in November 2007.
This old ottoman house looks much better in the pictures on their website than in reality.
First we had a room at the street side, but this was very noisy at night, so I didn't sleep at all. When we asked for a room at the back side, they gave it to us without hesitating. This second room was much quieter, but I still didn't sleep very well because the bed was not really comfortable.
The breakfast was not bad, but rather limited in variety. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel is located in Kumkapi, an old fish village. This has its charm, although the area is rather dirty. There are some very good fish restaurants though, from which Neyzen is definitely the best one.
