I will start this off with a brief preface: I enjoyed Acapulco, the trip was great, the company amazing, and the swim up bar was a yummy treat.  Americans in Acapulco have to be careful a little more careful than you would be in most other places in Mexico.  It is rated high on the list of kidnappings and people going missing in the night.  With that being said, Chaves was hired by the hotel to be my shadow and I was not detoured from going out and exploring every inch of groun...

This trip was to visit friends who live in a suburb of Mexico City called Tlalnepantla. We drove from Indy to Fort Wayne on February 1 in order to catch a flight to Detroit.  The flights from Indy were looking close and we did not want to chance it.   We flew a Northwest Airlink CRJ-200 aircraft up to Detroit and took a Northwest Airbus 319 down to Mexico City.   Those flights were, as we say in the industry, wide open.  It was real turbulent&nbs...

after having a lovely breackfest with a view over the sea we drove the last few km to Acapulco! We expected the paradies from what we've heard but we were very dissapointed!!!I imagined a wonderful beach and a great place to hang out...the beach was awful and cars were never endling rushing trhough the center! However we checked in at the Hyatt hotel and i was finally able to take a shower and relax!:DAfter that we went to see the cliffjumers which was a great thing to see but more show and...
