The hostel is culturally blended concept. It is located at the heart of town where access to public transport is just so perfect. It is very spacious and well maintained. The people who are manning the hostel are looking cool and very prompt and accommodating. They are also at your attention.

I stayed here in Jerusalem, and it is an above average hostel. Very efficient and the location is central. Of course, the key factor to choose staying here is cost.

good location, hospitable staff, a hostel for all ages Mar 03, 2014
The best asset of this hostel is the location.
It is centrally located to:
•Transportation stations: tram, bus, she rut, taxi
•Shops: phone shops, coffee shops, bake shops, convenient shops, dried good shops, etc.
•Restaurants: fast food restaurants like McDonalds :)formal dining, casual, shawarma shops
•Stores: convenient stores, Wine & Spirits, drug stores
•Famous sites: walking distance to the Old City about 20 minutes walk away. Nice feel of the community while you're walking. You'll pass by to some churches, ruins, street arts, and many more.
•Business establishments: postal office, ATM bank machines, Tram prepaid card booths
They serve breakfast from 7-10 am which consists of bread, cereals, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, feta cheese, yoghurt, homemade jams, apples or oranges, butter, nutella, orange juice, Turkish coffee, milk and tea. They also have Krueger for making cappuccino which I enjoyed much. After eating breakfast, you have to wash your own plates, spoons, fork, and cups.
This hostel is clean, well ventilated and there is a pleasant atmosphere. We stayed here for three nights in two different private rooms. Both rooms are very clean. Private rooms have a small fridge, a cabinet and a mini- kitchen sink. The heating system worked properly.
Private bathroom and lavatory are separate; there is enough space on both. The pressure of water in the shower is strong.
Attached to the wall is a timer. It has to be to set to 14 to 20 minutes and when it rings then you can take a hot shower. This part is a minus factor in my opinion. There is a shampoo dispenser in the shower.
Bed sheet, blankets and pillows smelled fresh and clean. There is even a body pillow provided.
Dormitory rooms have ten beds, other rooms have six beds but I can't give a review; we did not stay in those rooms.
The following are also provided/available:
Lockers for dorm rooms
Luggage storage for those who check-in early.
Free Wi-Fi in all areas of the building. Fast connection all the time.
Laundry coin operated machines with a detergent dispenser (sun drying is also allowed at the back of the hostel.
Fully equipped communal kitchen where there is 24/7 "help-yourself," coffee and tea.
Bar & Lounge. Pool tables, “chill corner," entertainment room with television set. Because
there is a music band playing on Sunday nights, it can be noisy at bedtime, but we didn’t have problem with that. We're too tired by the end of the day.
There is traveler’s center for variety of tours available. Our trip to Nablus Palestinian territory was booked with them.
You may obtain a copy of the city map, tour/travel brochures by the reception area for free.
The entire hostel is a safe environment. Cool vibe. Excellent hostel for all ages--backpackers, travelers and tourists alike.
The staff are super friendly, accommodating, hospitable and helpful.
Please check the website for room rates.
Definitely, I will stay here again!

Great place to stay Jan 26, 2014
I have stayed at this hostel twice now and highly recommend it to anyone heading to Jerusalem.
The rooms are clean and spacious, although the second time I stayed we were downstairs in the basement and the traffic noise of the street was pretty loud.
They have a great big open lounge area and kitchen that invites people to socialise, and every night they have different activities, like Shabbat eve dinner, or BBQ movie night on the rooftop.
The staff are friendly and can provide helpful information about timetables etc. There is a tour desk for more detailed information, although I must admit that we did get some inaccurate information from the lady working there.
The hostel organises free walking tours of the old city, and even a shuttle bus for those that don't fancy the 20 minute walk down the hill to get there themselves.
They also organise day trips to the Dead Sea, Bethlehem etc but we opted not to do these as they were a bit pricey and it's easy enough to organise yourself.
The hostel is at a big intersection, with a rail stop right outside. We found many nice places to eat and drink (including the marketplace) within a 5-10 minute shuffle.
All in all this was definitely my favourite hostel (by far) in all of Israel.
