The aboriginal art museum is a small, private museum in Utrecht dedicated to showcasing contemporary aboriginal art. It is covered by the museumkaart scheme; I think it is worth it on a museumkaart but would be a bit too expensive for its size if you had to pay for entry, unless you were there when they had activities on. The art is drawn from a range of Australian aboriginal communities, including artists working in traditional media and some who are working on video installations or photography. The introductary video is in Dutch, but there is a part that has English subtitles and there is good English information available from the entrance desk.

The museum sometimes does workshops, didgeridoo lessons or tours. Check the website for information. Other facilities include a café and a large gallery shop selling original art with prices ranging form 30€ to several hundred €.
