Aarhus Airport Reviews
Aarhus Airport Sep 04, 2009
Airport: Aarhus (AAR)
Location: A bloody long way from Aarhus. 35km north-east and they call it Aarhus! How to get to nearest town: Bus, and even that varies in time. Doesn’t run often. Expects Euros and Pound Stirling as well as Danish Kroner, but expect to be ripped off! What is the terminal like? Cattle-shed. Like a school when going through passports. Only thing I noticed that when I arrived there, there is no ATM machine, no currency exchange places. So if you arrive without Kroner and haven’t got your credit card on you, then expect some fun! I was luckly the bus accepts Pound Stirling otherwise I would have been stranded in the middle of no where, next to the sea, on a freezing winter’s day! Staff: Great to be honest. Very funny. Shops and Restaurants: Got a mortgage and when I did find something, it cost me around £7 for a cup of tea and a cake for breakfast! Main airlines departing out of the airport: Ryanair. SAS Rating: 2/10

No good, I be at the airport then. Dam, Dam, Dam. He said he will post it, so we sent the e-mails to each other to arrange this (and I am still awaiting for a reply!) Not good, so I headed off to the airport and thank god I was back… An overnighter in Aarhus - which I want to go forget |
