Expensive for Guatemala, that is, but don't even think about it--STAY HERE! This place is amazing--built straight into the mountain, our room (El Mirador) was the coolest and best place I've probably ever stayed in. I say our room, but it was really a two-story apartment, and the bathroom was outside. It was beautiful and lush and so clean and comfortable. You do have to aware that there will be lots of creepy-crawlies inside, especially at night, but they didn't bother us at all.

Also, be sure to eat at the restaurant. Different people run it in the morning and the evening, but it was fantastic (if a little pricey by Guatemalan standards) any time of the day. If they are having family-style, do it, don't even think about the price!
