This restaurant has locations in different cities in SouthAmerica. It is one of the best in town.
Specialty: peruvian gastronomy. I went there recently for the first time with a couple of friends visiting from US. A bit too formal for my taste but the food is really amazing, perfect for a very special occasion. Very expensive. USD 60-80 average per person. Casual-formal. Older crowd.
