The ACI Marina Split is located perfectly a 15-minute-walk away from Split's downtown. It has 364 berths with electricity and water connections, a restaurant, exchange office, sanitary facilities and laundrette. We were there in October 2009, and there were some renovations going on, so not everything was available. The bathrooms could use renovation themselves, as well as a thorough cleaning and heating. The 85 Euros we payed were therefore a little overrated.

We return to the ACI Marina Split where our boat is anchored. When we're in a marina we use their sanitary facilities, reasons I'll explain later, and, on a windy, chilly night this is not so attractive, but you gotta do what you gotta do. Later we sit around… First day on the "Chianti" |
