ACE International Youth Hostel/Bed&Breakfast Information and Description

Rates of 20.00/25.00 reais in mixed dorms do not include breakfast.Other rates has continental breakfast included. This dorm room has ensuite facilities as well as cable TV. We offer: - FREE Bed linen - FREE breakfast (except dorms) - FREE Kitchen - FREE Luggage storage while you are there. Otherwise it costs only 1,00 real per day. - FREE Car park - Very, very very comfortable mattresses & new rooms most with private ensuite bathroom. - Domestic airport location (Congonhas) - only 1 mile. - Daily clean...(see more)ing of the rooms. - Lounge area with Internet ADSL access; - cable TV in all bedrooms - Laundry facilities. Laundry is charged per load - 15,00 reais 4kg or 25,00reais - 8kg. - Special prices (monthly plans), from R$ 600,00 in a private ensuite bathroom or 380,00 in a dorm room (without breakfast ) per person. - Taxi stand and bus stop. - If you stay here 3 nights or more get a 10% discount at Ace Backpackers in Rio de Janeiro. If you wanna socialize with others and meet loads of people, meet us in Ace Rio de Janeiro ...the way to go...where the party in Brazil starts. SO, you rest in São Paulo as much as you can and go for FUN at Ace Cafe & Fun in RIO de JANEIRO!!! We are proud to have the best Caipirinhas, drinks & beer of RIO! Basically the only rule here is! - Drugs are strictly forbidden inside this hostel as well as bring prostitutes inside. At the streets anyone can do whatever they want, but this is a very familiar place, ok!! This is our only restriction to keep this place safe and with good quality people in the atmosphere around. If you are looking for this above, please go to another hostel or hotel in downtown area. PLUS: Kitchen with fridge, oven, all utensils you might need. If you are looking for a safe area/place, confort and good cleanliness, this is the way to go. Ace is located very close to Congonhas airport (the busiest airport in South America)at the south side of the city in a residential/business area and a short distance (15min by bus) from the Conceição subway station. Here is a very safe Bed and Breakfast because WE ARE NOT located IN DOWNTOWN NOR at THE OLD CENTER AND VERY CLOSE TO THE BUS STOP. Night life you find everywhere in Sao Paulo, but we are close to the GOOD night life (Moema, Vila Olimpia and Itaim) is no more than 6 km and ´fun´ area is here at the south. ·Short walk to banks, barbecues, restaurants, supermarkets, grocery stores, bakery, drugstores. ·Clean, Safe & secure location ·Comfortable beds & highest quality mattresses The difference between us and the rest will prove to be overwhelming. Are you also planning to go to Rio de Janeiro? Stay at Ace Rio in Botafogo Beach. p.s. the house has a sign of 'for sale' but is working normally, just ring the bell, please. If you are going to check in between 7:00am to 8:00am or from 4:00pm to 6pm or even after 10pm, please give us an note in advance.
