Okay so the Plus Prague Hostel is slightly out of the way of everything but who cares? This is a great little hostel which is very good value for money and needs to be bragged about.
The staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. All the staff speak different lanuages which is great. I believe there are French, English, German, Chinese, Czech and Spainish speaking staff here so its great for most travellers. The bedrooms are very spacious and extremly clean with a shower in the room and toliet seperate, so no waiting! If your a women you will be given a free pamper kit when you arrive, and everyone gets a free map. There is also a swimming pool here, not that you will have time to use it! Despite its corny name, this is actually a decent hostel to stay in.
The rooms were clean and secure and the staff is pretty friendly. Internet access is cheap and they don't seem to strictly enforce any time limits on computer use. Unfortunately, there is only one computer. The showers in the restrooms are all combined into one, giant room, with no curtains or stalls separating the different showers - not much privacy! Another drawback is that it is about a 10-15 minute walk from old town. Overall though, it is a decent, cheap place to stay (unless you mass annihilate your hotel room, see pic.).

Its a saturday and this place is empty!
I am in a 10 bed dorm and their is 2 of us in their...The other guy in their keeps waking me up gah! The place is clean but has dodgy open style showers. They have a good breakfast atleast and its included in the price. I choose the plce cause its right next to the Florenc bus station and only £8 a night Part of the England to New Zealand via Eastern Europe, China and SE Asia travel blog |

This was one of the hostels (Plus Prague) that we were really looking forward too. It had its own restuarant and bar with pool tables and dancefloor, plus laundry rooms, a swimming pool, and table tennis/basketball courts.
While wandering, we bumped into the aussies soaking up the sun outside the bar. We went… Wonders what the green fairy can do to one eh? |
